A family-run guesthouse in central Rome, created by Sabrina and Roni.
We are Sabrina and Roni. We created Villafranca Suites with the things we look for when we travel: a comfortable bed, a private bathroom, good coffee, space to work and an arrival that is easy to organise. We looked for beds in Italy but did not find the comfort we wanted, so we brought handmade beds from Sweden. We paired them with quality linen, calm colours and new windows that help reduce outside noise.

Wonderful apartment! Sabrina is a great host who replied to all our questions instantly. The apartments are incredibly beautiful, with a stylish and modern design. Everything inside is brand new and thought out to the smallest detail. The location is super convenient - everything is within walking distance. We stayed at this property for a few days and could not have asked for better!!!
From the moment we arrived, the owners welcomed us with incredible kindness and helpfulness, making us feel at ease straight away.
The room was impeccable for us: modern, with an extremely comfortable bed, ideal for resting after long walks among Rome’s wonders, and a spotless bathroom with everything we needed. The location was very convenient and well situated. (The metro is around the corner, for example.)
Excellent value for money. We will definitely return on our next trips to Rome. Absolutely recommended!

I stayed at Villafranca Suites and the experience was really very positive. The rooms are new, modern, impeccably clean and equipped with every comfort, perfect for feeling at ease immediately.
The location is extremely convenient: a few steps from Castro Pretorio metro and about a 5-minute walk from Termini, ideal for getting around Rome easily. Parking is also easy to find in the area, which is very convenient if you arrive by car.
Special thanks to the young man who welcomed us, who was so kind, helpful and always smiling. The area is also full of cafés, restaurants and shops, so nothing is missing.

A really pleasant stay in the heart of Rome.
Villafranca Suites was a very positive surprise: a modern property, elegant surroundings and spotless rooms. You can see the attention to detail and care for guests.
We really appreciated the comfortable bed, quality towels and quiet room despite the very central location. You can reach the metro and Termini station in a few minutes, making it perfect for tourism or work.
The owners were always helpful and very kind, making us feel welcome from the start.
